zrtglb- First, you may want to do a little reading and take the self-test before you diagnose yourself with ED. If you really meet the criteria then seeing your physician to rule out physical causes is an important first step. However, as you pointed out there may be some important relationship issues at play here that could really get in the way of arousal. If that's the case, you and your partner may want to pursue some therapy together to address the issues that are getting in the way of intimacy. Finally, worry and anxiety about erectile function can add to whatever problems may exist. Address these issues as soon as possible so that the anxiety and worry don't become too ingrained.

I would suggest that your inability to achieve an erection for three days isn't really long enough to say you have a 'disorder'. Continuing to worry about the lack of an erection can itself be a cause, as can stress, or other aspects of your life, or lifestyle. If you are still able to have an erection at night, or at other times, the issue is unlikely to be physical. However, if the situation continues, or you start to feel any discomfort or pain, it may be worth getting checked over by your doctor. Reply

Well I say listen man, why not just take advantage of ED medicines anyways?

They make you rock hard for as long as you want, and when You use it right you can last for days!
