zrtglb- First, you may want to do a little reading and take the self-test before you diagnose yourself with ED. If you really meet the criteria then seeing your physician to rule out physical causes is an important first step. However, as you pointed out there may be some important relationship issues at play here that could really get in the way of arousal. If that's the case, you and your partner may want to pursue some therapy together to address the issues that are getting in the way of intimacy. Finally, worry and anxiety about erectile function can add to whatever problems may exist. Address these issues as soon as possible so that the anxiety and worry don't become too ingrained.   Rick Wirtz
