For the past four years, I have been a chronic marijuana smoker, smoking out of cigars. Latley, my morning and night erections have not been as rigid, I recently stopped smoking, took up running and weight lifting, and a healthy diet. Also, I cannot maintain a sufficiently rigid erection to have satisfying sex. Will this be a permanent problem? Should I take Cialis, Viagra, or Levitra?

y - Unless you have had a recent physical exam, that should probably be your first step. There are many physical issues that can cause ED and you may have one of those totally unbeknownst to you. Alcohol consumption and other medications are also something that needs to be investigated as potential causes, as well as a host of psychological and relationship issues. Once you have been cleared by your primary physician and these other potential causes have been ruled out then it will make more sense to ask about medications.
