Im 17 and cant keep an erection to put on a condum

Im only 17 years old and not only do i have a hard time getting an errection but once i have 1 if im not constantly rubbing or doing something i cant keep it up, and sometimes that doesnt even work. I have only managed to get a condum on a couple of times without loosing it. I also...
