dwoody48 - It appears that there are two primary causes that you should investigate. The first is a reduction in testosterone. This can be caused by a few different factors and you can have your primary physician or urologist test your levels. The second cause of what appears to be shrinkage is gaining weight in the lower abdomen and pubic region. If you have gained significant weight or experienced changes in the distribution of your weight with age this may be a cause of what you are observing.
