Q: I have small pimple bumps around my vagina on my labia

I have small pimple bumps around my vagina on my labia, they are fleshed colored like my skins, stacked on top and around appearing to look like grapes, the pimple itself have no pain, but I do seem to have some sort of an infection, I have throbbing pain in the groining area, down my leg, and my breats are very sore and tender. My doctor viewed the pimples and said she never seened anything looking like this. She believed it was a infection from me shaving, and stated the pimple do not look like herpes nor warts at all. The pimples are filled clear liquid. She gave me a prescription for Valtrex, since it appears to be some sort of viral infection that will clear it up. I asked for a STD blood test and to check for HSV 2 just incase its something more than a viral infection. I had my boyfriend do the same. Both my boyfriend and I STD tests came back negative, even for hepers, but my culture exam came back positive for me, which is confusing to me and my doctor. My boyfriend never had an outbreak and it doesnt show in blood work either. I never had an outbreak before until now, and hes the one person I been with for over a year. I took the blood work while I had my outbreak for a accurate result. My pimple on my vagina did not response at all to the Valtrex she gave me, so she put me on an antibiotic, and by the next day the pain and pimples started to heal and clear up, it responsed to the antibiotic, but not the Valtrex at all. I check my boyfriend regular he has never once had any outbreaks whatsoever. My culture took two weeks to come in, which it only takes them a few days to come back with a result, it was once returned back to my doctor for improper coding, so Im not sure if the results are even accurate. Could you get a false positive culture that took two weeks to come in, and could you have herpers, even though your blood works states no, even when I took the test while I had an outbreak for the antibodies to show up? I just dont understand how could I have it, if my blood work is negative, and my boyfriend blood work is negative, and he never had any symptoms or any outbreaks.
