what is the effect of too many erections on prostate at age of 60?

At the age of 60, I'm very active in sex with my partner and have at least twice erections per day with some sexual activities, but try not to have ejaculation more than once every 2-3 days. I wonder if too much of sexual activities have adverse effect on Prostate health?   Thanks,…
