Thanks for your question. Premature ejaculation is, as you point out, frustrating for both people in a relationship. You might like to consider the squeeze technique as a means of self-help. There are some medications that can help to delay orgasm but you'd need to speak to your doctor about these.
Possible alternative are to try using thicker than normal condoms. These reduce senstivity and therefore can prolong an erection. A penis ring (cock ring) fitted to the base of the penis will encourage the erection to remain longer after orgasm because it retains blood in the penis and pressure on the base. A penis ring shouldn't be kept on for more than 30 mins max.
