Alex Alexander

I am 29 and was masturbating for 2 years, now i met a girl and had 3 unsuccessfull intercourse attempts.  I think i don't feel as much when i am inside and it goes down. I don't have this problem when by myself. Did i lost sensation while masturbating? Does it mean i will never be able to have normal sexual life? What to do? I don't have risk factors and i have morning erections.  I think i start loose the erection when change the position. What does it mean? Is it because of my masturbation habbit? Please help me!!!

the association of pleasure sensation with one act (sexual intercourse) probably got a bit "replaced" with your personal masturbation.  Just work on thinking about how pleasurable a sexual relationship is with a woman - ask her to be patient - engage in more foreplay and don't make the "end goal" the most important goal initially.  You will get past this.

I'm not an expert, but I also have a penis and I'm convinced that stress and anxiety are the #1 reason for erectile dysfunction. This is very common and it seems to be your case, as well. But don't worry: as you and your partner become more intimate, things will improve with time. Try not to think about it too much. There's more to life than sex and there's more to sex than just penetration.

Still on the subject of anxiety, I am 31 years old and I have a normal sex life, but in times of great stress (e.g. job related) I simply can't get it up. We've all been through that, I guess. If your situation persists Alex, go see a doctor.

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is the inability of a man to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for his or his partner's sexual needs.
