If you have a penile implant, then something is not working or you need your doctor to show youhow to correctly use the system.  If you don't have a penile implant. then you need a work up by a urologist for erectile dysfunction.

Aaron - There are so many reasons why a man may struggle to achieve and maintain an erection that there is no way to know what's going on. You may want to try the ED self-test to provide you with some important info. Then check out the other potential causes of ED to see if you are experiencing one or more of these problems. Then see your physician for a complete workup. Finally, don't forget that emotional issues are very powerful and can interfere with sexual functioning in an otherwise totally healthy man.
