Hi Leo,

Online sites are great resources for information to be able to ask all the right questions when it's time to see your doctor, but they can not take the place of your doctor's sound medical advice. That being said, here is some information about the medications you are taking. Crestor is a medicine currently being prescribed for fats (triglycerides) and cholesterol control. You can read about Crestor here. Plavix is a medication prescribed to prevent heart attacks and strokes by blocking platelets. You can read about Plavix here. Aspirin is obviously an over the counter pain medication that is also used as a blood thinner for heart patients and diabetics.

There is a great article about all three of the more well known medications for erectile dysfunction. Dr Jay Motola wrote a very good article comparing all three medications, Viagra, Cialis and Levitra. You can read that article here.

While there is no direct warning about taking Viagra (or Levitra or Cialis) with the medications you listed, there is a direct warning about the use of these medications by heart patients. Among other concerns, these medications can cause an unsafe drop in blood pressure and medications commonly prescribed for ED can cause chest pain and heart symptoms. Caution is recommended. The best thing to do is speak to your doctor about your medications and whether or not Viagra is a viable option for you.

There is information here about penile implants and here you can read about other alternatives.

I hope this information helps. Please stay in touch and let us know how you are doing!

I'm diabetic, type 2, frustrated that I can't please my wife or myself without spending a lot of money on devices or drugs to counteract ED. Depressingly Horny 55 yr old otherwise in good health. I worked excedingly hard to keep my blood sugar levels in the recondmended range with disapointing results towards the effects of ED.

 Thank you for your time.
