paraplegig of three years. able to sustain an erection but want advice on how i can reach sexual sat
I sustained spinal injuries affecting 5 joints in back and two in my neck and a T12 fracture of the spine. I am able to sustain an erect penis but what advice on how to acheive sexual stimulation as I have recently entered into a relationship. Any advice on treatments and aids which are relevant would be of interest to me and my partner.
