i went in my works m.d. for a d.o.t. lic. didn't pass because my b.p. was 210 over 100, is that considered high ? what is considered stoke level ? is this causing my e.d. ?

Yes it is "dangerously high" yes it could be associated with ED and with serious heart disease - yes you need some lifestyle recommednations from your doctor if you are overweight and you need immediate medication so you do not suffer a stroke.
