Are you seeing a doctor or Urologist for the ED? Online resources are great for gaining knowledge of specific illness' but should never take the place of your doctor's advice. Have you had a penile implant yourself?   You can read about the various treatments for ED here in the treatments overview. With regard to penile implants, you can read about them in this section of the treatments overview. Beginning at the bottom of the page, quoted from the article: "A 2006 study reported that penile implants helped restore sexual function to 89% of men who had the procedure, and 81% of men were satisfied with the results."   You can click here to read specifically about penile implants. Dr. Justin Harmon wrote an article about penile implants. What they are, and how they function. You can read that article here. Dr Harmon also wrote an article about surgical complications with penile implants. You can read that article here.   Basically, I don't see anything that says the implant should adversly affect your ejaculate but you should see your doctor about it if you are concerned. You can find a lot of great information online to help you ask the important questions to help you and he/she manage your care.   Hope you find something helpful here! Take care and stay in touch and let us know how you are doing!Vicki M
