Hi Roshail,

Masturbation is perfectly normal so I can't see that your physical health will be affected beyond perhaps feeling a bit fatigued! It seems to me however that you aren't very happy with your current situation. You see your wife for only 10 days every four months, you are lonely, and you have turned to self-stimulation through adult movies and long periods of masturbation. This aspect of your life doesn't sound very healthy - in fact you sound depressed - so rather than focusing on whether masturbation is a problem my advice is to look at your life and to examine other options. How long do you expect to go on like this? What effect is this having on your relationship? Are there alternatives - what are they?

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is the inability of a man to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for his or his partner's sexual needs.
