i m 47 male and musterbat some time daily and some time after 2/3 days is it bad for my health

i m 47 year old man and workin out side of my country i meet my wife to after 4 month for 10 days ,i m alone here no G/friend and i watch adult movies and during the movei i rub(musterbat) long time(1 and 2 hour)my panis with oil is it bad for my health ?
