Q: i have C 6/7 spinal injury. Please advice me to reach orgasm/ ejaculation. I have 80% sensation in my genitals. i reach the peak but fall just short of orgsasm.

age 38, no BP problem, not diabetic, 57 kg weight, 6 years old injury. No desired errection. But can achive errection on genital stimulation.
