Q: why do i have to really concentrate and force myself to reach an orgasm
Tim - I might need a little more info to help you with this question. The process of getting an erection and ejaculating is a pretty complex one that requires competing parts of the central nervous system to be activated. Having an orgasm and ejaculating are not the same thing and a man can have an orgasm without ejaculating. So this is where I need some clarification. Are you talking about the experience of orgasm or the actual ejaculation of seminal fluid?
