Hey Jack,

I asked myself this questions a few months ago as well. I went to edmeds.com and there you have to fill out a (short) medical questionnaire. They work with US licensed docs and they will recommend you the best medicine for your case - they actually recommened me Cialis.... But everyone is different Try it and find out...
