Dear Concerned,

Are you in good health?  Are you overweight, and when you previously measured the length of your penis years ago, how was your weight and health then?

The reason I am asking, the size of your erection is due to the amount of blood flow to your penis.  If you are overweight or have any health issues, this can effect blood flow to the penis and other organs, which can effect the length and stiffness of your erections.

Erections will naturally diminish as we age...this is natural.  Also, if you are using a different measuring tool, the accuracy may not be the same, and thus a slightly different result is to be expected.

Try using the same measuring tool over a few days and at different times of the day, and record your results.  This will give you an average of the length of your erections, and then you will know if your penis is really shrinking.

Also, if you are able to get an erection sufficient for sexual intercourse and you are able to satisfy your partner, don't worry too much, as this will lead to anxiety....and cause more problems.
