i am 28 years old. my dick doesnt get hard enough to penetrate.even while mastrubating i generally cum before getting hard. it hurts very bad some times while urinating.

Your first task is to get to a doctor and have a check up. Make sure that you do not have some type of chronic infection that needs to be treated. Once you have been cleared medically then you might try the ED self test to determine if you are having erections at night. If there do not appear to be any erections occuring during the night then ask your primary physician for a referral to a urologist. Follow through all of these steps until you get enough information to make a good decision about the next step.
