Alan - Cover for medications varies from one insurance plan to another so there is no way to tell without contacting the plan. Based on what I can discern it does not appear that this medication has FDA approval which suggests that it is not likely to be covered. It also would appear that if it were to be covered you would have to provide documentation that the 3 major ED drugs had not been effective. Contact your insurance company for the definitive answer.
