Hi me2008,   As you may know, there are a number of reasons why you may be having problems achieving an erection. First of all, I'm not sure that you should be too concerned. A week is a very short period of time and I wonder if there is anything you could pin-point (a change in lifestyle, additional stress, different behavior) that could explain the change?   Erectile dysfunction isn't uncommon, and there are a few things on the checklist that you can tick off as to possible causes. For example, are you inactive? Are you overweight? Do you smoke? This link takes you to an article called Problem with an Erection? How to determine if it's ED.   Many causes of erectile dysfunction are physical, but there are psychological causes too. If you are becoming anxious it can very quickly become something of a vicious circle. The more you focus on an inability to do anything, the worse it seems to become. Try the simple stuff first, like diet, sleep, exercise. If the problem persists, or if you feel pain or discomfort, it's time to see the doctor.
