am only 32, never was a problem before. tried cialis (tadalafil) 20mg with nothing, what other options do I have? mind you I don't have medical insurance

Q: what other options are there if cialis didn't work? Had broken pelvis & urethra reconstruction.

It appears that you probably suffered nerve damage at the time of your pelvic fracture and reconstruction. If Cialis is unsuccessful, than it is unlikely that the other medications will be successful. Injection therapy, a vacuum erection device, or a penile prosthesis may be the solution to your problem.
