then you saw the wrong urologist - I would do a search at a local teaching university hospital - get to the urology department and let the receptionist know why you need an appointment with a urologist who specializes in erectile dysfunction in young males.  If they don't have the person on staff they will usually be helpful in finding a referral for you.  This is a serious quality of life issue - not to be taken lightly - and I would want you to know if it is due to a mild - moderate - severe physical problem, if it is a sign of other disease and the best therapy that fits your needs.  Do not allow one urologist who "threw it back at you " which can sometimes happen in the world of medicine to sideline you.  Good luck!!
