Hi Caballero,   Unless they severed a nerve outside of the testicle area when they did the surgery, having a testicle removed should not cause erectile dysfunction. Your production of sperm might be lighter, and you may experience a drop in libido for a time, but functionally you should be ok.   There are many factors that can cause erectile dysfunction. You can read about erectile dysfunction here, the basics and what some of the causes are. The symptoms are listed here. There is a good section about coping here that might have some information you find helpful. Should you be diagnosed with ED, you can read about drugs commonly prescribed and treatments here.   While online sites are great resources for information to be able to ask all the right questions when it's time to see your doctor, but they can not take the place of your doctor's sound medical advice. If you think you are experiencing an issue that is of concern, you should see your doctor.   I hope this helps! Take care and stay in touch and let us know how you are doing!Vicki M
