How "natural looking/feeling " are penile implants?

I am 50 years old, 6'1", 200lbs. I never smoked or used drugs. My ED symptoms appeared after using drugs to treat depression over 10 years ago. Viagra no longer works for me. I have a history of high Cholesterol and high Blood Pressure. I have recently made significant lifestyle changes and have reduced my bp to 130s/80s without meds thorugh diet and exercise. I have reduced My resting pulse is 44. I am recently divorces and would like to start dating.
