ED following back fusion surgery-poor surgical technique versus previous prostate scar?

has anyone had a similar experience with back surgery? There is a sympathetic and parasympathetic plexus in front of the aorta which can possibly be damaged in opening the pelvis with an anterior lower abdominal incision. I was not told of this possibility. Cialis and Viagra give borderline results and I reluctant to inject medications.
