dear dr's & friends

i had an lgx penile imp 2 weeks ago. everything ok .healing ok.still sore .very normal.while healing i found a tiny knot in the bottom of my left side of my penis only .seems like attachement of the rear tip extender or something.i asked my surgeon about it fearing a perforation after a while of using later to come.he replied that this is normal.like a hose when you bend it you get knots on the sides.but my other side is smooth.  or? might the surgeon install a longer rte? can someone give an answer please if they had or have  the same situation. thank you very much to all.ps surgeon said it won't be any perforation or problem

I would assume that the surgeon is familiar with any possible "minor variations" in healing or variants in terms of how one side might heal smoothe while the other appears to have this small imperfection.  If he feels extremely comfortable and has examined you I might suggest giving it more time.  If no one else in the community responds, you can always request a second opinion from another surgeon.

Just to be on the safe-side I would have a second opinion about the penile operation, it will ease your mind to know that your regular Dr. has done a goog job and all is well.

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is the inability of a man to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for his or his partner's sexual needs.
