Q: storing of caverject

I have been travelling and had the injectors in my luggage (risc of being under zero degree?). After receiving they have been where the temperature is around 30 degrees. Is there a risk to use them?

The package insert of Caverject recommends that the medication be stored at room temperature (between 59 and 82 degrees Fahrenheit). It further states that the medication should not be stored in extreme low or high temperatures, and that the medication should not be stored in checked luggage (as there is risk of freezing). You can contact Pfizer, the manufacturer of Caverject, if you have further questions through their website: www.caverject.com.

Best of luck,

Casey
