Q: do u have to be sexual stimulated 2 use befar or does it just make u erect by it self. & how n where can u buy it whats a specific website that has it?

i been researching and looking for befar and vitaros on so many websites i know thier both not sold in the u.s. but thier like almost impossible to find. i'm looking for a cream or pill that can creat and keep a erection with out stimulation which is VERY HARD TO FIND !!!. if there's anything that can do that besides caverject & muse please!! inform me.
