Sheila - Your boyfriend will not like my answer but I can assure you that his testicles with not turn blue if he doesn't have sex everyday. However, there is a condition referred to as "blue balls" or congested prostate that can occur when the man has been in a state of arousal / erection for some time without ejaculating.
