For the past two years I have not been able to achieve an orgasm. I have normal/good libedo and become sexually aroused at the beginning of sex. When my husband is stimulating my clitoris, I begin to become aroused then suddenly I become numb. He says he can feel the clitoris "let down" I take anti depressants, but have taken them for many years with no problems. I have taken Med. holidays under dr. advisement, but there is not change. Please give me some insight as to who I can see. I have been to many doctors.

That is complicated and it does sound like the vacation holidays were a good "test."  I'm not sure about the L% degeneration and certainly with aging, it is possible to have to change your approach to achieving orgasm - you don't mention if you are fully menopausal, have vaginal dryness issues, etc.

If you are getting aroused and your husband is sensitive enough to note the letdown - then I would think that's a very hopeful sign.  I would look at a university hospital (a teaching hospital associated with a medical school) and call the Gynecology department and see if there is a doctor/professor who specializes in sexual disorders and conditions.  The large teaching universities tend to have doctors who are highly specialized in their fields.

Good luck
