Anthoney - There are natural remedies that claim to work and for some people they seem to be effective. Because they are not regulated they do not have to prove that they can really help or show how many people received some relief from their symptoms. It is always a good idea to be sure that your physician knows that you are taking an herbal or alternative remedy to be sure that there won't be any negative interaction with any medications or health conditions you currently have.
