Been with ED for over 15 years. None of the pills work. Was prescribed in the US to use injectables which work a little but with discomfort. Is there any other or similar treatment here in the Philippines?

There are a variety of treatment options other than pills. Unfortunately I don't know what the situation is in the Philippines. However, if you have an appreciation of the options I guess it will be easier to find out whether or not they are available to you. You might find this video useful.
