Hi Christian,

 

You don't say how long you have been seeing your girlfriend nor do you say if you have been intimate in the past. The best thing to do is to be open about your condition. Perhaps you are seeing a doctor or urologist (hopefully you are!) You might want her to go to an appointment with you so that if she has any questions she can ask them. I know it seems awkward and difficult, but if she cares for you, she will be willing to work through the difficulties with you.
