Low testosterone in 2004, Is Cialis permanent or can I use SUSTANON?

I was diagnosed with low testestorone in 2004 by my primary care physician.... Back then I really did not have apparent problem with erection. The big problem is that I left the US to move to Africa and everything changed. I realized that i was not getting erection anymore and attributed it to the medical report of 2004.

I know you will say see another Doctor... But I started self medicating by taking Cialis and it was doing the trick for me.

However, it has gotten too expensive that I finally went to see a doctor and all the blood work was ok. Even my testestorone came back from the lab as ok. Which made me not trust the lab report cos I did it in Africa. (According to the report, it says I had 4 and the maximum is 6) I thought I saw somewhere that 198 or so is low testetorone basically the doctor said the 4 represents 400 in this case.... Could this have happened because I use CIALIS the day before?

In addition, the Doctor noticed a high blood pressure when he measured my pressure. I had never tested for high blood pressure before. Could this be attributed to the CIALIS I took the day before as well?

Now I have come across SUSTANON and I am beginning to wander if I should not be on it.

I am 48 Years old, and as much as I want sex, I cannot get an erection unless I get Cialis and taking it, it does not kick in for at least 3 to 4 hours...

Am I a candidate for SUSTANON? I am looking for solutions and thought if I get a 1ml injection of SUSTANON, I may be able to see if that will help me.

I am almost to the desperate level that I have been learning how to inject the SUSTANON from steroid sites....

Please help, I do not want to build my body, I just want my LIBIDO back...
