35 y/o old man with erectile dysfunction. I'd tried all the ED drugs and medication (Viagra, Levitra, Caverjact and Cialis). Decent health but I'm a smoker.

Hi Eric,

Are you seeing a doctor or Urologist for the ED? Online resources are great for gaining knowledge of specific illness' but should never take the place of your doctor's advice.

You can read about the various treatments for ED here in the treatments overview. With regard to penile implants, you can read about them in this section of the treatments overview. Beginning at the bottom of the page, quoted from the article: "A 2006 study reported that penile implants helped restore sexual function to 89% of men who had the procedure, and 81% of men were satisfied with the results."

I used Viagra, Cialis, Levitra, for over ten years.  Got to a point where they only caused me a migraine headache, no erection.

Two years ago I had the implant put in.  All I can say is, it's fantastic.

At the time I remember thinking that the implant may not work, should I get it.  My choices were, get it and try, or NO SEX the rest of my life.  It it didn't work I would be no worse off than I was before.  It has been better than I've ever expected Eric.  Better than I ever expected!
