There are no permanent solutions to increasing the length or girth of the penis beyond surgery. Surgery for length requires cutting a ligament that holds approximately a third of the length of the penis inside the body. However, if this is cut it can affect the look of the penis and cause the erection to droop. The girth of the penis can be increased by introducing fat from another area of the body - or possibly by injecting silicone.

Although you feel unhappy with your penis size you should know that penis size varies greatly between men. Your concerns about penis size are unlikely to be shared by other people and you are quite capable of satisfying a partner sexually and having children.

The only thing I would suggest is that you avoid pills, potions, herbs and devices that say they can increase your penis size. You will waste your money.
