I cant reveal my name. I am a boy of age 23. I do have some problem with my sexual heath, i feel it is PE, or don't know if it is ED. My problem is i achieve erection easily , just veryyyy easily. When i talk with my gal over the phone about hugging her or kissing, with in a moment i feel erection.

With the same speed i get aroused, at the same time it was never hard enough from the age i was sexually matured. The only time i feel it is hard is late after i sleep or early in the morning, i.e when it is erected when we are asleep. I even tired to see if i can maintain that hardness, so at times i used to start masturbating when i realize that it is hard in my sleep, but the penis which was hard enough looses its hardness as i put my attention towards it and start masturbating.

And here comes the main issue, as i start masturbating , with in might be ten or more short strokes which takes at about 20 seconds i feel ejaculating and have absolutely no control over it, i just ejaculate like that .

All my life i never remember the time when i lasted anything more than 45 seconds. I will last longer in my second round which will not be more than 30 seconds.

And to let you know it never took me more than a minute to get aroused for the second third or fourth rounds. It is just that the penis hurts.

Forget about the orgasm i cant even give her a feel that some kind of intercourse is happening.

When i met her:

We were hugging each other , i was carrasing her. She just started sucking my left hand's index finger, and i felt like almost ejaculating with in a minute , so asked her to stop. That is the reason i fear to have sex with her.

Please help. Just a very big please, coz most of my time is going waste worrying about this issue.

Some facts:

1. I never hard sex

2. I have a lot of interest in sex and love it.

3. I do have a lot of phone sex, that is she talks to me and i masturbate here.

4. My health is good enough.

5. Have sinusitis and was operated once for it.

6. Height 5,7.5" weight is 170 pounds

7. She says she has absolutely no problem with it and i know she is NOT lying, but in male perspective i might lead my entire life with knowing what real sex is and just always satisfying myself.

She doesn't want me to use any pills. But we are ok with any treatment or course of pills. But not taking pills every time before having sex.
