Q: ED and Vacurect

hi I am 44, and suffering from ED, I think it is cobined of psychogenic and physical. I bought vaccurect which does not work for me. While using the pump I nerves of private part become full of blood but no erection. But sometime during sleeping and watching porn I feel erection and sustains last. What could be the main reason? Is it because of malnutrition? But I am fit, not heart disease and BP. Thanks.
