Can anal stimulation cause ED long term

I have used different methods of different sizes to achieve this over 20 years. It feels like the interior of my rectum fills with blood(not in a bleeding sense) and thus stop blood flow to the penis. I have had exams and nothing has been said to me. But then again, its hard to...
