Q: Too many nighttime erections

My 60 year old husband has had the same erectile problem for 3 years now and we don't know what to do ... Almost every night he has multiple erections while sleeping that wake him up and keep him from getting back to sleep. This is beyond the "normal" nighttime erection men typically get - this is causing real sleep deprivation. He's seen a general practitioner and a urologist - other than a slightly enlarged prostate, he's healthy. Doesn't smoke, doesn't drink, normal weight, exercises, eats well. But rarely sleeps more than 4-5 hours uninterrupted due to the erection problem. And yes, I know many men of 60 would like to have his problem LOL. But it is affecting his health due to sleep deprivation. Ideas? thoughts? Thank you!
