You may have lost more than your libido. Prostate surgery can sever or affect the nerve that controls erections. Talk to your doctor to explore what may have occured during your surgery and the options of treatment that are appropriate to restore your sexual function. You also don't mention how soon it is post surgery - sometimes it does take time for full recovery.. Also talk to your doctor about ginseng and other safe herbal supplement options.
