How do I gt an erection after ejaculating the frist time?

After having sex the first time for 2-5 minutes, I want to be able to go again. I can not get another erection. Any advice for me? I am 26 and have been with my girlfriend for 5 1/2 years. Thanks.

Restimulating the erectile tissue right after having sexual intercourse is really variable. I know of 80 year old men who can do it - while plenty of younger men cannot - soon after, at least. why not relax and then begin slowly with foreplay and see after 20 -30 minutes if indeed you can. It may also be a learned "exercise" so to speak.
