symptoms of gas?

Was wondering if anyone else has experienced a bloating and gas feeling while taking levitra or cialis or even L-arginine tablets? The last thing a guy wants to feel with an erection is gas build up in his intestines.Is there something I could take to get rid of the bloating and gas feeling? Losing my erection

implant or drug

I didnt know if an implant would be a better long term solution than medication. Any input would be appreciated.I am looking for an alternate opinion thats honest with no alterior motive. Which you may not get from your doctor.I am 51 year old with high blood pressure under control with no side effects from cialis.
