I experience ED just with one particular lady and only during the second round.The first round is usually just fine though occasionally have premature ejaculation.During the second atempt I get an erection which however dissapears as soon as I try having sex.Tried Viagra doesnt work.Would taking Viagra just after the first round help me... satisfaction

I have tried all the other alternatives, and am considering a penile implant of the inflatable type. I would like to hear from those who have already done so: what is your level of satisfaction? What do you like and not like about it? What problems have you had?
