The Fit or Fat Logs are designed to help you keep track of your diet and fitness progress. Writing down your food intake, exercise and measurements is a very effective way to stay focused on your diet and fitness improvements. Taking a few minutes each day to reflect back on the day or to review your progress can be very rewarding. It will show you the areas that need improvement and where you are excelling.

For best results, print out these logs so that you can write directly on the forms. Make several copies so that you have them handy. Try to stay current by writing down the information as you go. It is much easier to remember what you ate for breakfast immediately after the meal than trying to recall later the next day.
