Use this log to keep a daily record of the foods that you eat. Write down the individual food items, the quantity, the fat grams and the calories (obtained from food labels or food value calculators). At the end of the day tally up the totals to see how you did. At the bottom of the form are a series of questions that encourage you to review your eating habits for the day. Are there foods that you could omit? Did you eat for reasons other than hunger? These questions will help you to make positive changes to your diet.
