How To Use This Log

The Progress Tracker Log allows you to track physical changes over time. As you progress with your fitness plan you will want to record your weight, body measurements, percent body fat, and one mile fitness test to see how you are improving. Use a cloth tape measure to gather your body measurements.

To find your percent body fat, go to: Home Body Fat Test.

To test your fitness level, go to: Covert's One Mile Fitness Test.
